Purchases

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. If payment for an order is received before 1pm eastern standard time the order will ship same day, excluding weekends and legal holidays.  Orders placed on weekends or legal holidays will be processed the following business day. .

 All sales are final after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

Shipping

Orders are shipped USPS standard ground unless customer selects otherwise or RagTag Closet chooses to upgrade customer shipping to USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to customer. 

Shipping on all returned items is non-refundable, customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. Customer requested labels will be deducted from the refund based on actual shipping cost rate.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for a website credit or refund within 15 days from the date of the receipt of your purchase. The item(s) must be new (un-used) condition and include original tags with UPC label attached.  We ask that you include the order number with your return.  Returns outside of the 15 days return period and before 30days will be at the sole discretion of RagTag Closet and incur a 15% restocking fee.
